Have you ever liked or disliked someone but were unable to give a reason why? Good question right! Yes, disliked. I just met the person. Maybe it's the way they stand, the face they are making, or even the jestures they are making. First impressions. Yes people can change their minds when they take a chance to get to know someone. Some people do have prejudices some that they are aware of and some not. So When trying to move on in life is to look at your self before you judge someone else.

Less effort or less work?
I would walk if it is not far. I would take stairs if it is not more than three stories up. I would rather take a math class than an writting class. So is that less work or less effort?
My friend told me both. It's not the work it is the effort I put forward. If I really want to pass my classes I should try the same in all of my classes not just the ones I like. As for attendance if you Dont want to get dropped or fail class it would be of great importance to show up. Not only do you get attendance you get valuable information that will help you pass your class.
Lets say your having a bad day. You failed your quiz, and you studied the night before. Hanging out with someone who has a more positive outlook on things might cheer you up. Go see a movie or go to the gym.
It does help reduce the negitive mood and emotions.
Procrastination
The tuition for this semester alone was 3500. Plus if I fail I have to pay that again. Don't think so. Motivation has been very helpful to me. Helps me see where my faults are. How I procrastinate for almost no reason at all. Just because I can put off today because there's always tomorrow. That's ok in some cases. Like when your spending time with family and friends. Stuff like that is priceless you won't get that time back.
Some of you who read my post can surely see I Dont write very well. I Dont care. But I put it off till I could wait no longer k get these assignments done. In the end it is still as valuable as it was in the beginning. If I Dont get it done I won't pass. I just stress myself out getting it done.
Self-esteem
I think extraverts are more focused on themselves than anyone else. They tend to be more closed minded. Thier happiness is success.Introverts are open minded. They try to include everyone. Thier happiness is the people that helped them get to where they are.
When people start doubting themselves they lose motivation. When they lose that motivation they lose the drive to succeed. Yes there is inconsistency.
Yes raising your self esteem would help employees and people as a hole.
Yes you can raise your self esteem by thinking of your successes and lower your esteem by thinking of your failures. This is all possible.
No low self esteem want successes while those who have high self esteem dwell on what went wrong.
Even though it wouldn't be much, just to give someone a pat on the back, tell them good job could raise someones self esteem. Not only help the employees but the job as well. If they know they are doing right they will continue to stive and do their best.
Motivation
Aptitude test are a good way to tell if your going to be successful not motivated. Grades in school can tell you how motivated you are. I feel you can be book smart all you want. What about experience? What life lessons has prepared for the real business world? You have met deadlines, come up with some off the wall ways to promote your business to make your business successful. It's how creative you are. It's also how bad you want something that will give you the drive, the passion to be successful. When people understand what you want and why you want it, thier more than likely to be more motivated.
When motivating employees you sometimes have to show a little tough love. They have to know who's in charge and that there is consequences for not doing things right. In the end leaders have followers. If they like what your doing they will help you acheive anything.
I agree that thinkers do go to university and doers go to schools like vatterott. No not all thinkers are doctors and art majors and doers accounting and physical education. Thats stereo typing. To do any job easier be creative. I myself am a doer. I like to put others plans into action. Find mistakes and make appropriate changes. So yes you can be both a thinker and doer. So if you have employees that are doers give them something to do. If they are thinkers give them problems to solve.

Stress and illness
The last time I got sick i had to have my apendix removed. The doctors couldnt figure out why there was infection in my stomach that cause my apendix to swell. Did stress cause this? It has been known that when you stress it can lead to ulcers, strokes and possibly heart attacks. So please pay attention to your body it has a story to you. When people start getting sick they could experience headaches or stomach aches for no appearent reason. Could that mean your starting to get sick? Maybe if you know yourself well enough.
As an employer, knowing myself and what can cause me to stress maybe I can help my employees. I could find the cheapest health insurance to offer my employees. Have the resources to help my employees. Finally listen to them. They might already have the resources and just need someone to talk to. That was how my boss helped me when I was employed through someone else.
What stresses you?
My name is Jessica. I am a mother of three children, stepmother of five children. I am a college student barely making it by. My biggest fears now is wasting my money and not being able to get more!
Let me explain. Here it is close to christmas. I have to get all the kids christmas presents, pass my classes, and still pay bills. We have a steady pay coming in but only streches out so far. I can study for my classes when its quiet at home.
Then again my biggest problem is tIme. As a mom you have to make time for your children, as a wife time for your spouse, as a student time for homework or studying. To me there is never enough time. When I stress myself out worrying about everything, I started experiencing headaches, stomach aches, anxiety, hopelessness, negitive emotions and moods.
Looking at all that and trying to apply this to the work life. What can I do as an employer to help my employees? First off I know I cant give them time without cutting thier checks. So to find different resources. Steady job with steady hours, so they may make the time for family, school, and what ever else they may need time for. If it's school work and it is not quiet at home a quiet place to work on assignments.
Todays cost of living is not cheap. For the money if they are worth it a decent pay thats not min wage. I could also offer a bonus if certain tasks are completed. At this moment in time these are the ways I would be able to help my employees.
